Cemented carbide head: tungsten cobalt alloy

Cemented carbide is composed of carbon tungsten and cobalt.Carbon-tungsten is the hardest metal material and is brittle.Combined with the soft cobalt, the result is an alloy with high hardness and wear resistance that can withstand extremely high impact loads.We use high grade raw materials with high cleanliness to ensure the best sintering capacity.Carbon-Tungsten and Cobalt are mainly sourced from Europe. This expensive but high quality raw material is the basis for our tools to be of first class quality.In order to ensure the quality of our products we do not use recyclable materials.Different applications require different quality of cemented carbide, our products are designed to ensure both wear resistance and necessary rigidity.
